Dentafits, Inc. provides Stop Loss Insurance for most types of Direct Reimbursement Dental plans. The employer must make a significant contribution towards the cost of the plan and there is a minimum employee as well as dependent participation requirement.
The highest level of Employer contribution allows for the lowest Attachment Point.
PEPM (Per Employee Per Month) Stop Loss Premium is determined by a combination of Employer Contribution, Employee Participation and group size. The larger the group, the lower the premium.
